Jui residences is a real estate project located on Serangoon road. The project was founded by a Malaysian developer by the name Selangor Dredging Berhad. The land that the development lies was acquired at a cost of $47 million and a further $22.6 million used to facilitate its conversion from residential to an industrial area.
