The tender attracted a number of bids because GLS sites in the region were becoming rare. The tender was closed on 14th January the year 2016 after drawing around 8 bids. The parcel of land extends to an area of 207,848sqm which will be developed into a private urban condominium with a 99-year leasehold units called Seaside Residences. The Seaside Residences was developed by Frasers Centrepoint and Consortium Limited who emerged the winners of the bid.
